Here is some info on the first two amps in the Heritage Collection. The model numbers are AC15H1TV and AC15H1TVL
AC15, Heritage, one speaker, TV front (Limited)
Channel one is an EF86 channel with switchable bass shift, three way brilliance switch, as well as triode and pentode switching for the EF86 which were the two ways they were originally wired in the old amps depending on the year. The tone and gain of channel one changes in the two modes. The pentode mode boosts gain and midrange. The triode mode is flatter and sounds a lot like a Normal Channel on an AC30. The three way Brilliance switch offers Off, Bass Cut (as in the original AC15 from the 1950/60s, and a mode that mimics the Normal channel of a Treble version of the original AC30. Channel two has a Top Boost circuit for more tonal flexibility. Pentode/triode switching for the two EL84 output stage so you can select either 15 or 7.5 watts. Black and gold top panel with white knobs. Alnico Blue speaker. Hand wired. Approximate street price of $1299.
Limited edition version of only 250 with oiled African mahogany cabinet.
Street price TBA but somewhere near $1899.
The Heritage Collection will expand later in the year.
Info on the AC50 and AC100 coming soon.
