Hey everyone..Jeff Hilligan here part of the Egnater Team. We have made some new changes. Myself and my sister Christine, will be heading the service end of the business allowing Bruce to design and Frank and myself to promote and talk shop with our customers. Things that needed to happen, allowing for positive, consistent customer service.
Egnater Amplification prides itself on providing the highest quality guitar amplification in the world. We are strict with our suppliers and as someone has posted...if it's not right with Bruce...it's not gonna make it to your amp.
We have experienced a longer than usual wait time on our product but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Our build time should improve dramatically now with our new focus and team members. I mean now Bruce and Teri can build amps not answer the phone!
We are truly thankful for all of your support and look foward to blowing your minds with future developments
