J'ai reçu ça aujourd'hui, il m'a miné ma journée :
Thank you for placing your order with us. I must apologise, but we have come to prepare your guitar for dispatch and our technician was in the process of setting this up for you, when we have come to find that the guitar has been damaged on the neck which is a structural defect on the guitar. We are unfortunately unable to fix this damage, and do not wish to send you a damaged instrument, and so it is with regret that we have had to process a full refund on your order. We would ordinarily send a replacement model to you, but I'm very sorry to say that we are not able to replenish our stock of this model.
I am very sorry that this has happened and for the disappointment that this will have caused.
I will process your refund immediately, so that this is straight back in your account.
