Je veux bien entendre ton avis. Je comprends ton opinion qui est valable dans de nombreuses situations (je parle du delay là), c'est juste qu'on peut aussi faire autrement.

"KORG SDD-3000
built in: 1983
colour: dark blue with yellow knobs
description: nine are storable presets, #0 is a temporary preset memory. this delay is edge's trademark delay, it has the modulation delay feature which is adding a chorus sound to the delay feedback. the unit allows to set up filters for the delay feedback which lets you create a more analogue delay. last nice feature: this unit has a great boosting reserve. depending on which input setting you are using, you will get a great boost when plugging it in front of your amp. edge and also daniel lanois use this trick for most of their main delay sounds. the combinations works especially very good together with a vox ac-30 amp.
spotted first time: being used live during the war-tour

al's comment: during the unforgettable fire tour edge like to use the following settings on his korg: 42ms, 100ms, 140ms, 200ms, 330ms, 400ms, 600ms used almost exclusively for studio recording because of it's warmth since 1984-present this unit's only flaws are that it's not midi and only has 9 presets.
peter's comment: from guitar player article. "edge: yeah. even though they are digital, they have a warm and musical tone. i find most digital gear very hard to deal with because the natural musical quality of the guitar is compromised. it takes all the beautiful texture away and replaces it with this glassy, artificial sound. that makes it tough to get inspired. " need we say more??? ". i began using the korg at the start of the war tour."
phaser's comment: edge prefers this unit because of the warmth of its preamp as he has already mentioned personally several times"
