Voici donc le rack actuel de Petrucci, qui - allez savoir - a peut-être changé depuis la photo.




EDIT : et bien non, ça ne marche pas. Je dois avoir le post maudit.

Le fameux rig B en version "light"… sympatoche… Les deux Mark IV et le Lonestar ça fait toujours plaisir… 

Pourtant il y a de grands trous dans son rack… C'est pas dans ses habitudes ça… 

C'est vrai d'habitude c'est plus trois frigos que un et demi… 


C'est donc le big one ?

A mon avis, c'est le big one, oui. Les trous peuvent représenter l'espace pour des racks de secours, comme un deuxième TC M3000 par exemple.
A regarder l'ensemble, il ne semble rien manquer de ce dont a besoin Petrucci, à part, je le redis, des backups.

... quasiment le même à l'exception du Lonestar, remplacé par "The green unit" (je ne sais pas si c'est son nom, j'ai décidé de l'appeler ainsi).

Ce qui me faisait dire que c'était le light c'est que il y a juste ce dont JP a besoin justement… Pas de surplus… Mais bon je doit me tromper… Autant pour moi.

MPc: Is your new touring rig different from the one I saw and heard on the G3 tour?

JP: Well this rig here [looking at the rig photo] is what I used on the G3 tour, and it will end up being our “B” rig. We have an “A” rig and a “B” rig that kind of piggyback. If we have a gig that we can’t really get to realistically by trucking stuff, we’ll fly some stuff over there in advance. The “B” rig is smaller, too, so that’s what that is. The “A” rig has more gear, but it’s very similar.

MPc: You also have the Boogie Lone Star now.

JP: The Lone Star is in the “A” rig. I have a little bit more room so I can fit it in there. In this rig [the G3 touring rig], for the cleans I have a Mesa/Boogie Formula preamp, which is good.

J'en déduis que le double-rack est le système A.

Et je me rends compte que dans mon précédent post, j'ai confondu le preamp vert avec le formula. Désolé.
