Hello!

I've since a few years the 6166 volume pedal model. As it's saying on your website, this pedal is nominated to be drived by "passive" instruments. But I've two guitars Les paul, one wired with EMG active pick ups and another with passive pick ups. What Have I to do best to play with these two guitars?

Dear Sam,

Thank you for contacting Ernie Ball/Music Man, we always love to hear
from our customers. We generally recommend using one of our 25k pedals
if you are planning on using it in both active as well as passive
applications. It will provide you with the most even consistent swell.
However we do also recommend taking your instrument(s) in to a local
guitar shop to try the VP out first, just to make double sure it will
provide you with what your looking for. Please feel free to e-mail me if
you have any other questions at all.

Most Sincerely,

COnclusion : la 25K est plus adaptée aux changements entre guitares actives & passives...
