FOR OUR AMERICAN TOUR, I USED THE SAME KIT WITH A FEW ALTERATIONS. I USED REMO COATED EMPEROR BATTERS FOR HEADS AND I DROPPED THE ICE BELL IT WAS KIND OF A SISSY TOY ANY WAY, THAT ICE BELL, SO, BY THE TIME WE HIT EUROPE, MY TECH-GOD, "EVIL STEVE" SUPPLIED ME WITH A PRETTY MANLY DEVICE: A 105mm GERMAN CANNON SHELL FROM 1953!! IT COMPLEMENTS THE PROP QUITE WELL. OH YES, I SWITCHED BACK TO USING ZILDJIAN CYMBALS AGAIN. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE 20" MEGABELL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO CUT THROUGH EVERYTHING ON STAGE (AND BREAK A FEW GLASSES IN THE BAR AREA AS WELL...) AND IN EUROPE I'VE USED 2 DIFFERENT KITS THIS YEAR AS WELL, A SONOR AND A PEARL.
