English Blues Guitarist In Paris (75)

Hi folks,

I'm a 37-year-old English guitarist (et oui, je suis bilingue!) living in Paris and am looking for casual jamming sessions. I'm heavily influenced by both British- and Southern-blues and would cite people like Clapton (& Cream)/ 'Stones/ Yardbirds/ John Mayal/ Allman Bros/ Lynrd Skynrd/ Creedence/ The Who/ Canned heat/ 'Zep/ 'Floyd as inspirations, but newer bands like The Black Keys have really got my interest too. Put it this way, I still buy vinyl when I can

I mostly play a Strat (through a Fender Blues Junior, as my Marshall stack doesn't fit too well in Parisian apartments!) and a 12-string acoustic, but have decided that in a couple of years I'll have a mid-life crisis and invest in that Gibson Les Paul Goldtop I've been after for years

Basically, I'm looking for good times, blues, the chance to talk to other musicians, go to gigs, etc...
