c'est à dire comme un tremolo mais qui s'arrète jamais

Tom Morello came across the intro riff by accident. He had a guitar on his lap and his delay pedal set to "slap-back" and, while writing notes for a song, he rapidly hit the strings with a pencil in his right hand. This produced a noise reminiscent of a helicopter. When Audioslave recorded this song, Morello did the same thing, with his Digitech Whammy set an octave lower, and using a flat hand to slap the strings.

Je sais que Noel Gallagher utilisait une Lo-Fi loop junkie pour faire ça sur scène.

Un killswitch et une technique à la Morello seront sans doute aussi efficaces pour bien moins cher.

what happens when you "virtually" push the reverse button up and down really fast? how about hundreds or thousands of times a second? this.

The two pots define both the start and end loop points, though right now they're buggy. the pushbutton reverses. Slowing down and speeding up is planned, as well as other stuff. It'll have delay functions too.

t'll be like a pedal-sized tabletop unit.

We need mroe effects with granular stuff, for sure!

Last night I got it to do some super glitchy time-stretching. It sounds so rad! I could stretch the 3-second loop to 30 seconds with no "pitch down", though with major s-s-s-s-t-t-t-u-u-utter artifacts. Love it!

If I make them, it wont be for a long time (next year, easily), as I need to catch up on building other pedals.

I spent a good 5 hours last night trying to get extra memory working and didn't get anywhere. I'll try some more ways this evening but it seems like I'm maxed-out.

3-seconds was a guestimate based on the highest fidelity it can muster (which is also pretty low), but one could quite a bit longer by dialing down the fidelity on the "delay time" knob. You could dial-in ten seconds but it'll be pretty swampy and low-rez. Part of the point I guess, hmm....

yeah waiting lists are a downer, but as long as I'm working on another full-time job and have at least part of a life, they can't be helped. I build stuff for myself most of the time, andoccasionally if something peaks enough interests I consider making a bunch. but the wait can't be helped.

Circuit modifier: This simple control allows for the most unique feature on the Brontide Device. The ability to change out and use almost any pair of diodes to modify the internal circuit, and alter the type of distortion created. 1N4148 silicone switching diodes are included with the device, but experimentation is encouraged. Silicone, Germanium, even Light Emitting Diodes (LED's) can be used. Or remove the diodes all together and experience the raw distortion the pedal is capable of. Buzz, fuzz, crunch, or other. The sound is truly up to you. Why buy multiple distortion pedals when this one device can create almost any type of distortion imaginable.
